“I would like to make a comment about the two Hurst technicians Interstate Rescue sent to service the four sets of tools we have in service at the Clarksburg Fire Department. Our tools span several generations of tools and in use on all four of our stations to provide the fastest interventions should we need extrication on any in call. Your men arrived on the morning of Feb 9th and immediately went to work. They both seemed very focused on the task at hand to try and complete the service all in one day. I cannot say enough about their professionalism. They had every item needed to repair all of our tools and make them operate as they were designed to. It has been my experience that we hear complaints about poor performance but never about stellar performance. Both of those men need to be commended. They represent Interstate Rescue very well. It was indeed a pleasure working with them.”
